PHILIP S. MILLER PARK
Castle Rock has made waves in the Denver area with its newest recreational area, 225 acre Philip S. Miller Regional Park. This multi-use regional park provides a multitude f healthy activities for the area, and its location just across Plum Creek Parkway from the Millers Landing site provides users with unfettered access to many miles of soft trails, a large activity center and the soon to be opened SnowSports 365 at Castle Rock year round snow sports park. In addition to traditional play and athletic features, the park features unique amenities including trails, an outdoor adventure play area, traditional playgrounds and athletic fields, an amphitheater, water features and more. The park will be built in several phases over the next decade at a cost of approximately $30 million in public and private funds.

Designed to be an all-seasons park, the park now contains a full range of amenities including:
- The Miller Activity Complex (MAC)
The signature building in the park, The MAC includes full- and half-size indoor synthetic fields, an indoor pool for both leisure and lap swimming, a golf simulator, indoor play areas, one of the largest trampoline systems in Colorado and multipurpose rooms.
- The Park Core includes three athletic fields, picnic shelters, tennis courts, sand volleyball, concrete and soft surface trails, play features, and an indoor/outdoor events space.
- The North Canyon includes a natural amphitheater, pond, mill house, garden, pathways and turf events center.
- South Canyon will have an outdoor adventure park, year round skiing, snow-board and tubing. A Public Private Partnership has been established to create SnowSports 365 at Castle Rock as a destination attraction that will drive additional regional/daily users and special events into Philip S. Miller Park in Castle Rock, CO. Working together, P3 Advisors, LLC will design and build a fun and exciting attraction that will be a focal point for the community, enhance the quality of life, attract new investments, and create flywheel development in the immediate area.
